About the Role:
As an Advisory Board Member, you will collaborate closely with our on-site team and a global network of experts to refine and enhance our traditional composting methods, incorporating both academic research and practical insights from around the world.

Responsibilities:
– Evaluate current composting techniques and suggest improvements based on cutting-edge research and global best practices.
– Participate in regular discussions with our team and other board members to share insights and developments.
– Assist in the implementation of new composting strategies to increase efficiency and sustainability.
– Contribute to the broader ESG goals of the farm by ensuring that our soil management practices continue to support healthy, sustainable growth.
